OneTop is a modular, magnetically mounted top enclosure for the Prusa Core One.
It installs without screws and is held purely by its geometry and integrated neodymium magnets.

The design follows the visual language of the Core One and aims to look like an OEM component rather than an add-on.

Compatibility & Project Status

The INDX version is in beta status but mechanically complete and fully usable.

Mounting Concept

OneTop is held in place only by its shape and integrated magnets.
No fasteners are required to attach it to the printer.

The enclosure can be lifted off in seconds for maintenance or material changes while PTFE remaining securely positioned during operation.

• 4 × corner elements

• 7 × connector elements

• 1 × PTFE guide module MMU / INDX Version

• 2 x Handle left/right

• Optional: Front Handle (decorative Element)

Additional parts:

• 4 × side panels made from 3 mm polycarbonate

Hardware Requirements

Print Recommendations

Filament Usage: ~ 1kg (main Color) ,  ~ 70gr. Accent Color.

Filament Calibration (IMPORTANT)

Before printing the enclosure parts, proper calibration is required.

1. Print Tools/calibration.stl  (Cube 50x50x10))

2. Measure dimensional deviation

3. Apply correction in PrusaSlicer → Filament Settings → Advanced → XY Compensation

Correct calibration is essential to ensure proper fit of the frame and panels.
